Processing Times

We work hard to get your magical items on their way!

• Standard Orders: All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

• Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer standard shipping. 

Domestic & International Shipping

• Domestic: We ship to all 50 states.

• International: We currently don't offer shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at btheobald333@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
